At Tiddlywinks we thrive on continuing our own professional development. First and foremost Practitioners will ensure a paediatric first aid course within the first few months of joining the setting. All our staff at Tiddlywinks ARE First Aid trained, this is a requirement of OFSTED.
Staff are encouraged to undertake online training regular, this ensures that we are in tip top shape in supporting your child's health and wellbeing and promoting children's autonomy and agency. Staff have regular meetings to discuss courses they would like to attend, ensuring that staff choices are also important for staff to feel valued and supported.
